So I have migrated us to Cloudcare. Now some PC's are cannot access networked printers.
The install of the PC is done by selecting Network Printer and then using UNC. So the connection would be \\192.168.100.100\Printername. Usually during the install you would enter the \\ip\ and the list of available printers would reveal themselves. On users with the issue, I turn off the Antivirus and have no issues. Turn it back on and have the issue again. Tested the Content Filter which has no effect either way. This does not effect all my users either. Just a select few.
