avg system status check has stopped working.. keeps popping up.....
I keep having a 'pop up' AVG system status check has stopped working. Nothing i do can get rid of it. I also had problems with a PC tune-up pop as well. I have uninstalled AVG, installed it again (twice now). I can't uninstall the free PC tune-up despite all the suggestions on the threads. It appears that several people have the same problem as me. What has gone wrong? Why is this keep happening and how can I stop it.
I also have AdAware security system installed. It was all working fine. I think the problem occurred when I installed the PC tune up as my PC was getting quite slow.
Any suggestions gladly welcome. Please can I have any suggestions in easy to understand steps. I am not a techy person.
