I've tried everything laid out in this thread but I can't get the 2013 network installation wizard to push it out to the clients. I've tried it on machines with both AVG and Windows firewall completely disabled and I still get this error. I submitted a support ticket this past Sunday but have not heard back from anyone.

Would you mind putting the network installer into debug: http://forums.avg.com/gb-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=226728#post_226728 - This will give us some detailed information. If you try to install to this workstation - MPATTERSON-WIN7 - then send us the installer log, that would be great. Log should hopefully be small enough to attach to your reply - http://forums.avg.com/gb-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=226660#post_226660 Thanks, Michael Allen AVG Customer Services http://www.avg.com Join the AVG community! http://www.facebook.com/AVGFree http://www.twitter.com/avgfree http://www.youtube.com/officialavg

I put it into debug mode first and then I ran two installation tests. One for MPATTERSON-WIN7 like you asked and one for a machine named JACKIE-WIN7. MPATTERSON-WIN7 no longer has AVG 2011 installed on it so I wanted to test it with one that does and one that doesn't have an old version. Both of them fail though. One other thing is that when I run the Port Query app that I've seen referenced in this thread, TCP shows up as listening fine but UDP shows: ==== End of RPC Endpoint Mapper query response ==== UDP port 135 (epmap service): NOT LISTENING portqry.exe -n jackie-win7 -e 135 -p BOTH exits with return code 0x00000001. I have verified that this machine has DCOM, RPC, and WMI running. This test machine has no firewall enabled.

For all path names I selected the network path in step 2 4) Use PsExec to push out AVG with this command: psexec \\COMPUTER -u DOMAIN\administrator \\SERVER\path\to\AvgSetup.bat 5) With the above you have to run it once for each computer. You could also build a list of machines and put it into a text file and then call that file with: psexec @FILENAME -u DOMAIN\administrator \\SERVER\path\to\AvgSetup.bat The -u flag is important when pushing it out to Window 7 boxes. This worked flawlessly on my customer's 25 machines. It uninstalled AVG 2011 and installed 2013. Hopefully this helps someone in the future who runs into this problem.
