I'm also having the issue with PC Tuneup, and the license key being too long to enter. I bought the CD's. I've spent over three hours dealing with the phone support on two separate calls. Each time having to go through the same dang procedure I already know does not work. Both times, the person said they would then escalate the issue to the proper team and they would email me a new license key. Nope. Never a response. First call # was 6442449, the other was 6443037. Any chance AVG is reading this forum?
