My customer has AVG 2012 Internet Security (paid) installed. The Windows Event System log shows multiple errors where AVGTP fails to start, 3-4 times per day for the past 3 weeks. Currently, she is getting a BSOD several times per day.
The computer is running XP Home x86 with SP 3 and all Windows Updates installed. The AVG client itself seems to be up-to-date and functioning normally.
What needs to be done in order to correct this problem?
