I set up the anti theft for my Samsung GalaxyS4 this morning and now when I desperately need to use the phone I cannot unlock it. It keeps coming up with a message telling me its the wrong password when I absolutely know it isn't. I need access to the phone ASAP. Please help urgently.
I have the same problem right now.. Tried to use lock feature again to change the password for another one with the doubt of typing it wrong but that didnt help either.. They made a really faulty programme which really leaves people in a very bad condition.. This will make their reputation go down drastically..
And he wrote this 36 hours ago and no one authorized even responded to this.. Dont you understand how bad this is? How big this problem is? I have a flight on 1st of May to which I had a flight code in my phone.. How irresponsible can this firm be ?!?
