I want to cancel my BSecure autorenewal but have not heard back from technical support..
I contacted technical support through the contact us form. I have not heard back from them and so I have contacted them a second time. I would like my account cancelled immediately as my auto renew date is approaching at the beginning of May and it will not let me delete my credit card number from the billing information.
Please assist in cancelling my account as soon as possible.
I too have been seeking to have my account deactivated before I am charged again for another year. I submitted 3-4 messages to Bsecure support, but have received no response. May I please receive some assistance soon? This has become quite frustrating.
I have sent several emails requesting a deactivation of my BSecure account as BSecure services are no longer needed. I have not yet received a confirmation and would like to cancel my account before the next automatic renewal. Kindly close my account today.
