I accidentally added new licenses and don't need them. When I go to renew the already past due invoice it wants to renew all of them with no way to remove the additional licenses. I have sent at least 10 emails to support through the contact form to get them removed with no response. PLEASE HELP!
Another Me Too! Exact same symptoms. Support case #6859269 escalated Jan 22, 2013... Not a peep since.
Happy with the product right up until it did not auto-renew as expected in November. Of course nobody notified me that my kids computers were no longer filtered until I discovered it myself over the holidays!!!
Judging from comments on this thread, I guess I should not expect to hear anything either. Unfortunate.
Probably need to look at Norton. Don't much care for Symantec, but at least they are there when you contact support somebody answers!
