I have not been able to connect to livekive for 2 weeks. the message says cannot connect to network. I've been on hold for live support for 36 minutes and this is after I've been told twice they need to get me to a specialist. So what is up with this.
Now I'm wondering if the antivirus software works. What is the value I'm getting for my money spent.
