I am a new computer user and have just had a Resident Shield alert pop up with Multiple Threat detection on it. It has 2 files saying virus found HTML/Framer on both. I have no idea what I need to do if anything. Any help would be very appreciated Cindy

html framer virus..
The resident shield is popping up saying it has found a html framer virus, no matter what website I go to. All infections are found in my temporary internet files folder. I have tried to clean the infected file/s, by clicking Remove all unhealed infections. There are always 3 files listed, first one is Moved to the Virus Vault, next two says Object is inaccessible. I have done scans with other malware scanners, and preformed a clean using Ashampoo, and nothing has been found. Is this an AVG error? Or do I have the above virus? I read somewhere that the html framer virus is just the website itself infected, not your computer, but how is it that every website I go to the resident shield alert window pops up and says multiple threat detection.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

problem..
I am also having this problem... I noticed after a scan that it was in my windows/installer folder also. I had only noticed it at first when I went online. (I thought it was only in my Internet Explorer temp folder at first, and I can't remember the last time I installed anything on here)... Is it safe to shut down?
