Hi cycling50aday,
to your second question:
We were not asking you (during registration) for password of your email address account, but for the AVG Account used to login to AVG Free Forum. These passwords could be different
Else these fragmented files should have no impact on computer performance. Defragmentation is probably not possible as they are very often used and accessed (written into) by AVG processes.
You could check defragmentation in Windows safe mode.
These files are needed (requested) only in case of further analysis by AVG technical support in case of some application issues. Else they could be removed.
Thank you
