How to disable an Internet Explorer Add-On:
While troubleshooting Internet Explorer issues which might be connected to AVG, you may be asked by a forum moderator to disable some of the add-ons to verify a possible conflict.
1. Press the Windows logo key+ R.
2. Type inetcpl.cpl into the opened window, and then click OK.
3. Click the Programs tab, and then click Manage add-ons.
4. Right-click the add-on you want to disable, and then click Disable.
5. Restart Internet Explorer and check the issue (if there was any).
