Hi, I have downloaded the Iphone App for LiveKive, and I can automatically logon to my account via the iphone, but when I click onto the "Backup" tab I see the initial folder, but when I go into that folder it begins "loading" and then I receive the message "Connection failed. Failed to connect to AVG LiveKive". Is there a solution to this as I have tried the app over several days, but it doesnt appear to work? Thanks

I've noticed that I can access local files backed up from my laptop, but the networked "my document" files can't be accessed via the iphone app.

Has anyone used the iphone app and connected to networked folders? Still not working...
