If the Antivirus component is not active or the Identity protection is disabled, please provide us with the following diagnostic data for analysis:
1) all AVG logfiles
2) MSinfo output.
3) A few recent dump files from this folder, if present:
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVG2012\Dumps
Windows Vista/7:
C:\ProgramData\AVG2012\Dumps

Pack requested files in an archive (zip file) and provide us with them.
You can upload it to your favorite online storage or to AVG FTP server.
