Hello all,

Currently some AVG updates require ZoneAlarm to be disabled.

This should be solved in upcoming AVG program update which should be soon released.

Thank you

Hello lynnpin2,

You could try to restore the files from virus vault (If they are present).

Or you could try to delete the .RMV extension from the files and restart your computer:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\tsxt_kern_i386.sys.RMV
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\wowhd_kern_i386.sys.RMV
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\csiidecoder_kern_i386.sys.RMV
C:\WINDOWS\System32\DLA\DLAIFS_M.SYS.RMV

If that does not help, try to reinstall your sound drivers. It should be possible to do this by removing the Audio device from Device Manager and restarting computer.
If that does not help, reinstall the drivers manually.

Thank you
