I want to cancel my automatic renewal because I no longer need it. Problem is I can't cancel because the email address I used to register no longer exists. I have a hard copy of when I purchased AVG back in 2010. I imagine AVG has sent me notices via my old email, how do I fix this and make changes? I had to create this account to post for help. I have my licence #, and old email address. My mailing address or name has not changed, that should still be on your files?

Please help. I don't want to be charged for another year of service that I am not using.
