Hi. Had v8.5, downloaded and installed v.9, now updates are failing with message saying that access is denied to the server. Ran the rmagent.exe, came back with no malicious registry keys found, rebooted, same thing. Wondering if it's a firewall issue, does the AVG update require any specific TCP ports to be allowed? If it's not that, what else can I try?
