Hello,

We have a problem since we installed the Internet Security Business Edition 2013.

Some received Emails are converted to this:

------------------------------------------------
This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

------_=_NextPart_001_01CEE6C5.E464BEAA
Content-Type: text/plain;
cha**et="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Zeit: Freitag, 22. November 2013 20:00 bis Samstag, 23. November 2013 =
00:00 (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna.
Ort: Ratskeller M=FCnchen Marienplatz 8

Hinweis: Die oben angegebene Abweichung von GMT ber=FCcksichtigt keine = Anpassungen f=FCr Sommerzeit.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

So nochmal der neue Termin=20

Ratskeller M=FCnchen Marienplatz 8 20:00 UHR=20

------_=_NextPart_001_01CEE6C5.E464BEAA
Content-Type: text/html;
cha**et="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
.
.
.
-------------------------------------------------------------

The Emails are not spam, the sender is are regular customer with a normal email.

What we need to chance in the settings.

Thx for your help
Peter

Hi Businessoft,

This may be caused by Resident Shield scanning and corrupting the emails.

Could you check that all of the recommended exclusions are added: http://www.avg.com/gb-en/faq.num-4512

If these are in place but mail is still being corrupted please let us know the version of Exchange that is installed and how often this problem happens, is it every mail or one every so often?
