Good morning, i run Tune up 2014 on a Windows 7 machine. I am experimenting a failure with the tuneup styler. After having modified the access screen (from the default Windows 7 to a downloaded, new image from The Tuneup site), the access screen doesn't change and continues to show the default Windows 7 image (when asking for a user password input). It is not a serious problem but, added to the other, serious problem I am experimenting with the updating of Tuneup (both problems are surviving from the 2013 version), I begin to think that having spent for the updating from 2013 to 2014 was not that bargain. I am beginning to think to ask for a refund, if I don't get any assistance. I hope my issues have an answer. thank you

Hi greenberet5,

I've tried it on my laptop and desktop as well and works perfectly. It looks like a conflict between two or more app. Do you use any system optimizing or appearance configuration apps? Which security (AntiVirus, etc.) apps do you use?

I'd like to ask you for a screenshot of the AVG Styler where I can see your new Logon screen as well as Msinfo output for closer analysis.

Thanks!

Dear Sirs, this is the screenshot of the Tuneup Styler. Form here it is impossible to see, but I guarantee that, should I change the access screen with any image, the only to be displayed is always the Windows standard. It happened last spring, when the styler stopped to run and began to display the windows standard as access screen and loading page. I don’t use any other optimizer but Tuneup, my firewall/antivirus is the Comodo free version.

Waiting...

Hi! Why this long time to wait for an answer? I imagine you're busy, but it seems that a lot of issues are forgotten rather than solved... :surprised: Have a good day?

uninstalling battery doubler..

This sounds rather strange. I have no means to uninstall it, it seems that it has already been uninstalled a long ago (nor the Windows nor the tuneup uninstaller show the program)...and I remember having done so. Can you argue further? Thanks
