I work for a company that manages other small companies networks and wondered if anyone else is having the same problem as us. We have recently upgrade all our clients to AVG 2013 including their respected servers. After the update and adding in the specific exceptions based on the version of each Exchange, a bunch of the clients have delayed to no emails at all. We reverted AVG back to 2012 on the server and all functions correctly. If anyone has any insight it would be helpful. Thanks.
This would have affected the 2012 version as well so it does not sound related:
- Which version of Exchange is being used? Are all the Servers running the same version or are different versions of Exchange affected?
- Would you be able to upload the system\application event logs and system information from one of the Servers that had this issue?
With the postings timescale involved & you don't receive anything from user kurry but still require assistance.. OK, Just to keep you fully in the picture.. Regarding AVG (SMB) Team forum support bear in mind that it's now the weekend in UK..
