Free AVG 2011
I cannot activate Identity Protection. I get the error: "an error has occurred when saving the configuration. an unexpected error in the IDP component."
I am a senior citizen and have no idea what the actually means for the safety of my computer and how to fix it. I did run a full computer scan and nothing was found.
Thank you so much for this help!

@ soczin

Your posting has been split away from where you posted to form a new thread.. AVG 2011..

Have a look @ this link http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=185154 but for AVG 2011 use AVG10 files.
