[SOLVED] AVG PC Tuneup Key Won't Work

I been trying to activate avg pc tuneup with a new license key, but I get an error message "The product key you entered belongs to another AVG product", I tried using same key on an older version of avg pc tuneup and still didn't work. I looked thru forums for similar problems and nothing works.

Hi Evidyl,
I've checked our records and found that your AVG PC TuneUp license expired in the end of the February. Your currently active license is for the AVG Internet Security (3 computers). I recommend visiting the AVG Renewal Center if you would like to renew your AVG PC TuneUp license.

sorry but I do have a new product key for avg pc tuneup, that I bought from newegg.com , which I contacted them about having problem with product key they gave me, and they advised me to contact avg support. now I don't know if I should post the product key they gave me on this post where every one can see it, but i attached a .jpeg file with product key that I'm having problems with.
