Hello,

I have used AVG Admin Console to install AVG 2013 to our workstations. When I try to use Admin Console to add a few firewall/resident shield exceptions for a workstation, I get this error:

Synchronisation of configuration failed (0xE0010409).

This has happened with several workstations. Has anyone got any idea what this error code means?

I'm running AVG Admin Console 2013.0.2892 on a Windows 2008 R2. The clients use AVG 2013.0.2899 on Windows XP Pro SP3.

The error code means 'The licence has expired'.
