I have a free, active LiveKive Account. I uploaded 12 GB a few months ago. My active LiveKive account now says that I am using 12 GB of my free 5 GB. I cannot download my files! QUESTION: Are my 12 GB still there and would I be able to download the 12 GB if I pay money to upgrade? Is that why I can't download?... AVG won't let me have my data since I went over the 5 GB? HELP!

Hi r_kutney,

They should be still there. I recommend checking the View/Restore tab whether all data you are looking for are still there. All data should be accessible after subscribing to paid plan.
