Thinking that my account may be disconnected because the initial trial period has ended, I have now paid for full unlimited membership. However, it is still not working. It still says 'Discontinued' on the Control panel and network health is still listed as 'Poor'. Please help solve this problem as soon as possible, or I will need to cancel and get a refund.
I have upgraded my account from Trial to Unlimited today. I uninstalled the Trial software and installed the Unlimited software. However, when I enter my username and password on the Unlimited software, it says 'Username and password combination not valid', so I cannot reaccess my account.
I have reentered it a number of times. The login is accepted on the website, so the details must be valid. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting a number of times. Please help as soon as possible. I have paid for unlimited membership but not able to use the service.
I thought I would give LiveKive with 5 Gig free storage a try last month. This month I did some major work with my picture files, but found LiveKive Control Center is disconnected. I called AVG and was given a case number 6897231 and transferred to LK support, where I was put on hold for such a ling time I simply had to hang up. So, nothing is resolved, and I see purchasing a paid version is not the solution to fix it from others who did this. Attached is a picture that shows the disconnect.
I like LiveKive, but I am getting a little nervous my changes are not backed up and support is not responding to this issue, and that I am no where near the 5 gig limit.
On another matter, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I can access my LiveKive files from a remote computer, like from work, if I needed too.
Can you please help as soon as possible? My username and password are still not accepted on the downloaded software. I have installed/reinstalled many times. The log in details are working on the website, so know they are correct. You now have the screen shot you requested.
