Trying to transfer my Tuneup to a new computer, successfully transferred my Anti-virus from AVG already but the process for that isn't working on my Tuneup. It tells me "The product key you entered belongs to another AVG product." but the key im using was sent to me in an email by AVG's Retrieve my license tool. How can i fix this?

I have the same problem. For some reason my avg tuneup get back to the trial version. I am trying to re enter my paid license but it keeps refusing saying that it belongs to another tuneup product. :crying: :crying: :crying:
I am having the same issue that everyone else seems to experience when loading a paid AVG subscription to a new computer. The antivirus license transfers without a problem but the other items revert to the trial version. What should I do?
