how to correct the following problem..

if a computer has visual studio 2010 , avg antivirus 2011.
and if the following error comes again and again what should be the method to remove it.
vs Jit debugger
An Unhandled Win32 exception occured in avgmgr[1868]
possible debuggers
new instance of microsoft visual studio 2010

check box 1 select the currently selected debuggers as default
check box 2 Manually choose the debugging engines

do you want to debug using the selected debuggers
