Greetings! Frequent (sometimes daily) crashes since last May due to above noted stop code (every time) prompted research into dump files etc. Recently acquired BluScreenView that gets around the need for assessing dump files by returning a report based on its reading of those same files.

Every single crash report by BlueScreenView refers to avgtdix.sys and GFI Firewall SDK TDI Firewall Driver 5.1.70.0 (part of AVG 2011?) as two possible culprits.

Searching through typical sources of help has produced no clues.

I have attached two csv's of the most recent report of all the crashes to date.

Is there something I need to do from my end to stop these crashes? For obvious reasons, this has become a serious issue when making presentations to others.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Tom
