Is there anyway to cancel my BSecure subscription? I notified BSecure of my desire to cancel using their support website (https://www.bsecure.com/MyAccount/ContactUs.aspx) at the end of October but I was charged for an automatic renewal on 12/11 anyhow. I notified them again after they renewed my account that I wanted to cancel and still there is no response.

Re the present AVG Team forum involvement.. Just to keep you updated.. 'Information' forum area.. Have a look @ Christmas Holidays 2012 i.e. The AVG Team will answer @ the earliest after 2nd Jan 2013.

Finally got an e-mail response from BSecure that a refund was posted to my credit card.
