Hi,

My desktop (Windows XP Professional) at work has AVG Anti-Virus Business Edition 2012 installed.

Since few weeks, it has started giving blue screen error whenever the AVG scan is run... I have analyzed the MiniDump files and it lists avgcsrvx.exe as the culprit... Any solution???

Hi crazee85,

Can we get some log files from the machine for analysis please:

1 - Enable a complete memory dump as instructed here - http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=186397

2 - Please can we get the output of the following

Gmer - http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=85119
OTL - http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=186405

3 - Along with the system information and event logs:

Msinfo - http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=144057
Eventlogs - http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=94155

4 - Please add all the files to a single zip file and upload it to our FTP Server - http://www.avg.com/gb-en/faq.num-2142#num-2142

Sorry to have to ask for so many files. Would it also be possible to let us know if the BSOD still occurs when 'Scan System Environment' is disabled (Tools > Advanced Settings > Schedules > Scheduled Scan > How to scan > Untick this option )

Thanks,

Michael Allen
