Hello.
A friend had trouble with her pc.
She had to have her hard drive re_formated.(completely wiped)
Now we fear she will have lost her AVG from her pc.
She did not write her AVG licence number down, so had no way of giving it .

How can she get her AVG back on her pc?

I have been to your link, and i understand it ok.

The problem is, as she will have to go on line to get her AVG back, she will not have virus cover until she can fill in the form.

Could i , on my computer get the information for her, or will it not work that way?.

Hi wufers,

License number is sent to registered e-mail address after filling in this form. You may use any computer to send the license number. You may also download the offline installation package on your computer and transfer it to her computer e.g. on a USB flash drive.
