Hello!

I have attempted to contact BSecure three times now about not wanting my subscription renewed, but they never responded and still took the money out of my account. I do not have my original order number because I never received any order number, and I have my very first emails that were sent to me from BSecure after I purchased the product. I would really like to know what can be done about this and I want my money refunded back to my account please. My first contact about not wanting my subscription to be renewed was a month before it was due for a renewal. Please someone help me here!!

Refund and Cancellation Please.

BSecure cancellation..

I have also been trying to cancel my service before my next renewal date of January 24, 2013. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have not heard back. I want to cancel my service and expect not to be billed. Please confirm cancellation.

Re AVG Team forum support post #220195 will still apply apart from it being the weekend. The AVG Team are actually attending to any postings backlog in date order.

Cancel Account..

I have enjoyed using BSecure, however, since I have upgraded to Windows 8, BSecure is no longer supported. I have sent an e-mail to close my account, but I have not heard from them. If BSecure would work with Windows 8, I would keep my account. When I try to download, I get this message, "Error: Failed to digitally sign the installer (so close): "

Any help would be appreciated.

Cancel my subscription..

BSecure quit working on my system and I can't get a password to work--nor can I get a reply from their horribly hard to use website. So I'm asking AGAIN. Please cancel my subscription to your service. I've tried contacting via webpage and it seems to do no good.
