I have attempted to contact BSecure three times now about not wanting my subscription renewed, but they never responded and still took the money out of my account. I do not have my original order number because I never received any order number, and I have my very first emails that were sent to me from BSecure after I purchased the product. I would really like to know what can be done about this and I want my money refunded back to my account please. My first contact about not wanting my subscription to be renewed was a month before it was due for a renewal. Please someone help me here!!

I have also been trying to cancel my service before my next renewal date of January 24, 2013. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have not heard back. I want to cancel my service and expect not to be billed. Please confirm cancellation.
