I also can't uninstall/repair/install another version of AVG2011 free (see prt scr). I tried the avgremover, but it didn't help.
Can you advice smt.? I don't really want to reinstall Windows7 and all programs because of some problems with anti-virus program.

please provide us with AVG installation logs and avgremover.log from folder, where AVG remover has been run.

Else mentioned situation (second screenshot) is related with not loaded virus database - due to corruption (conflict) or not enough operating memory.

Please provide us with MSinfo32 output:
- Click on the "Start" button.
- Choose the "Run" option.
- Please type the "msinfo32" (without quotes) command to the command line and confirm by clicking on the "OK" button (or press Enter).
- After the tool is launched, please choose the "File" menu and the "Save..." option.
- Choose a name

Please pack output in an archive (zip file) and provide us with it.
