Hello i have had a threat come up please could someone advise me on how to remove it

Hello after scanning using AVG 2013 i get this:

"";"Potentially harmful program Crack.CO, C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\vbc.exe (2280)";"Infected"


I dont have the option to remove it does anyone have any tips.
