I have just updated my AVG to the 2012 version. Update went fine with the exception of the LinkScanner. It says that its database is outdated. I have checked that the time and date on my laptop are up to date. I have also restarted my laptop but warning still persists. confused

I'm using
Samsung NC10
Windows XP
Google Chrome (if this helps)

Thanks for any help in advance.

What LinkScanner version is actually showing on your AVG User Interface? The latest version is currently 835.

Thanks for the reply.

I am unsure of what version I am currently running. Can suggest how I can find this information out?

All I am aware of currently is that I am running the AVG Anti Virus 2012 and the initial update to 2012 was carried out today (7.1.2012)

Thanks

Bring up your AVG User Interface -> Support -> Version.
