I have AVG 2012 IS and since the large update yesterday a file has been showing up as running from the avg folder:

ROC_ROC_JULY_P1

When I do a search on the HD it cannot be found (even when showing hidden files),
nor does it appear in the AVG folder.

When browsing it slowly eats more and more memory until a browser crash.
Doing a google and a bing search came up empty for the files origin.

So what is it? Why does it say it's from the AVG folder? Is this harmful?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Spicepoet,

According to your description it seems to be some issue in AVG Toolbar campaign.

In order to analyze your issue please provide us with process crash dump (Post-Mortem), then please try rename ROC_ROC_JULY_P1 file.

Thank you
