How to create an AVG Firewall diagnostics output:

1. Download and install the AVG Firewall diagnostics (2013|2012) utility.
2. Run the avgfwdiagx.exe file.
3. Press 5 and hit the Enter to Create diagnostics package.
4. Now please provide us with created diagnostics output.
