I've reinstalled the free 2012 Anti-virus after using the trial version of the 2012 Internet Security and having trouble turning on Windows firewall. For some reason, it was shut off when I installed your anti-virus program. I wasn't prompted to do anything concerning windows firewall and windows firewall, now won't turn itself back on and I can't start it manually. What should I do to restart it. I never had this problem before I installed the free trial version of the internet security, what can I do to fix this problem?

Let us inform you that the Windows Firewall is deactivated during the AVG Internet Security (contains the AVG Firewall) installation process. It is not recommended to use more firewalls to prevent possible conflicts.

Please disable the AVG Firewall prior activating the Windows Firewall.
