I have tried to install AVG 2012 I keep getting this error message. I have already ran the reset tool, the removal tool and the click and fix tool....Please Help! Does anyone have a solution? I really don't want to switch AV but looks like I am going to have to, I can't have no protection. It really stinks because I paid for this version and the phone support is NO help ! I really hoped y'all would be!

Do not forget to follow After restart section and make sure that you are using right version of remover (32/64 bit).

If it doesn't help on your situation please provide us with Msinfo output and Installation log files.

I previously stated in the above email that I had run the removal tool 5 times also posted the log files and the MSinfo file above. Here they are again just in case.

I did this again and it didn't work. Please see above for my logs it has all been posted in this thread.

Please check this sticky post first.

Afterwards, please run reset access tool and proceed with all steps described in full reinstallation instructions, but in safe mode.

Provide us with fresh log files should the installation still fail.
