I have been debugging my computer for a while now and finally figured out what keeps causing my Blue screen of death. This is a new setup, custom built computer.

Is there a way I can get a portion of my money back? I think I signed up for 2 years or maybe 4. I have to regrettably uninstall this anti-virus because I cant play a single game without a BSOD. It is really frustrating. frowning

Hello VISION305,

Please provide us with Msinfo output,all AVG logs and contain of C:\Windows\minidump folder so we can analyse this issue in detail and point out what is behind BSODs.

If the BSOD issue is caused by AVG, your diagnostic files will help our developers to fix it.
