Hi,

We installed AVG 2011 on 4 identical machines at one of our locations. The install seemed to go fine, but one of the machines now thinks it has no NIC and we are unable to get it back on the network. The other three machines are fine and connected to the network.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hello CherieB,

Is this issue occurring also when AVG is disabled?

It is also possible that network card may had died, there is some Windows issue or the computer become infected if the issue persists even when you disable AVG.
