After using AVG PC tuneup. suddenly it asks me to register or pay, I have a fully paid version but the one installed is only a unregistered one. After uninstalling rebooting and copy and pasting the license emailed me still not accepted. contacted by chat tech support, but to no joy just kept waitng on line for 40 minutes, requested I attached a screen shot of the AVG request and refusal of license, did so heard no more, now i am getting a message to say i have only 2 days left on my trial period. my license does not expire till 10/2012, where does one go.

AVG PC TUNE UP CANNOT REGISTER..

Since yesterday. i can no longer use PC Tune because i have run out of freetime. I have to pay again to use, which is wrong my contract expires 19 october 2012. E chatted to a lovely AVG tech today came to conclusion. there is a problem with the program. I have to wait 3 days await some higher tech advice after submitting screen shot of the error messages encountered by myself

cannot use AVG PC TUNE UP..

THE facility no longer available to me. unless I pay. my license expires 19 october 2012. echatted to tech. conclusion problem with software, await for higher advice in 3 days. had to submit a screen shot to show the prove the faiure to register

Just re re downloaded AVG PC TUNE UP. copied and pasted the license code. same result. license not accepted

Hello wulfstan,

Your issue may be caused by blocked communication with our license servers.

In order to analyze your issue please provide us with Msinfo output and log file(C:\Documents and Settings\<CURRENTUSERFOLDER>\Application Data\AVG\PC Tuneup\Logs\PC Tuneup_SN.log).

unable to register license..

Cannot go beyond Documents and settings to enable me to attach the PC TUNEUP_log SN. please find the msinfo 32 attachment. thank you

Hello wulfstan,

Msinfo analysis does not indicate any software conflict.

Are you not able to open folders beyond C:\Documents and Settings\ ? Please check whether are you logged in as administrator.

If you still not be able to open directory in windows, you may use some Linux live CD to do it and copy PC Tuneup_SN.log file on some other place on hard drive.

Please note that C:\Documents and Settings\<CURRENTUSERFOLDER>\Application Data\AVG\PC Tuneup\Logs\PC Tuneup_SN.log file is essential for analysis of this issue.
