I've been trying to register my phone so that I can access the remote features. However, the website won't recognise that I've registered a device, no matter how many times I've tried. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helped but it didn't.
I sent an email asking about this issue to avg support but all I got in reply was a patronising email about the steps for registering the phone that I'd completed multiple times, which I explained in my email I'd done already.
I would appreciate it if I could receive some help with this issue.
In conjunction with AVG Tech Support the AVG Team are also now monitoring this new 'paid for' section of the new forum so someone should spot your posting! They may enter the forum @ anytime but perhaps not over the weekend. It may well be Monday morning. Look out for the AVG logo avatar! The AVG Team are based @ Brno in the Czech Rep but please bear in mind it's now late Sunday evening there (Czech Rep time 23:07).
