Hi.

I recently bought a LiveKive voucher from a reseller.
But after successfully verified the voucher at https://vouchers.avg.com,
I couldn't get to the next step.

Only thing the page allowed me to do were
(1) cancel the operation.
(2) logout from the account.

Picture file is attached to help describe my problem.

Hello user-id,

The voucher appears to be accepted. Please visit AVG LiveKive web page (log in if prompted) and click the Download button to download AVG LiveKive installation package (screenshot attached). Alternatively, you can download AVG LiveKive installation package on this web page. Install AVG LiveKive using the downloaded package and provide your credentials during the process. First run wizard will guide you through initial AVG LiveKive setup.

Hello jirka82, Thank you for quick reply.

I already have a 30-day Unlimited trial account.
And the 25GB license(voucher) didn't appear to be added in my account.
It only showed the 30-day trial license.

And reinstalling the LiveKive application had changed nothing.

Do I need to wait till the trial period expired?

Hello user-id,

We have discovered a technical issue which does not allow legitimate voucher to be accepted until the trial period is over. Simple work-around is to wait until your AVG LiveKive trial period is over and then redeem your voucher.
You will receive an e-mail reply as well.

Hello.

Thank you for investigating the issue.

It's good to know my voucher is not illegitimate. smile
Also it's nice that the cause of the problem was identified.

As I have already uploaded more than 5GB data onto my LiveKive space,
it would be better if other work around is available.

But if no other ways around, I'm OK to wait until the trial is expired.

Hi,

I also have the same issue where I cannot add my LiveKive Voucher into my account (30 day trial). My 30 day trial has now expired and my LiveKive is in a deactivated state.

However, I still can't redeem my legitimate voucher even though my trial period is over :(

Can you please advise?

Hello.

Today I tried to activate my voucher and it still didn't work.
Obviously, Trial was expired at the time.

So, now my situation is the same as timsuth's one.

In conjunction with AVG Tech Support the AVG Team are also now monitoring this new 'paid for' section of the new forum so someone should spot your posting!
