Hello, I'm trying to download AVG 9.0 Free Edition and for some reason have been unsuccessful. I'm not a computer guy, but have been enjoying the protection that AVG has been offering. The problem I'm having occurs on the screen where it asks you to punch in the AVG license number. It has an automatic license number already in the window, but when I press next, it tells me that "the license has expired." What can I do? I appreciate your help.
