Hi,
I have a general question.
My laptop (windows xp) is crawling compared to the time I bought it. I am quite positive the reason is
the lot of garbage that has to be cleaned that makes it behave like this.
To make things worse, when the AVG is "updating", the situation is so bad that it does not let me do anything. I usually leave it to finish the update and go do "something else". Then I come back and usually restart the computer (not needed really, but I do it anyway..) and continue.

Now, I saw the PC tuneup product. I am looking for something that I will activate press a button or two
and it will be like a "god" to get me out of this situation..
In the scale of 1 to 10 (and 10 is the performance when I bought the computer...) and statistically with your experience what would be the impact of this product to my laptop ?

When a member of the AVG Team post you can distinguish that it's a true posting by the AVG logo avatar which is employed on the LHS.

impact of running our AVG PC TuneUp on the computers is different, many users reported very big improvement, some only small improvement. It is not recommended to play with the settings behind known scope (knowledge).

From my point of view, I would recommend to check this How-To article, then try the AVG PC TuneUp trial (1 day) and check the results.
