I've tried the remover tool (32 bit os), uninstalling from add/remove programs and start menu, the repair option, manually deleting the folder, and I followed alan's instructions including in safe mode and still cant get rid of it. I'm signed in as administrator. Also I can't open the user interface or tray icon. Please help. Tell me what to send and how and where to i'll send it. Thanks in advance for any help.

For help on your situation please run AVG remover 2011 (32 bit & 64 bit version) in Windows safe mode.

If this doesn't help please provide us with AVG remover log (in same folder as remover).

the provided AVG remover log indicated AVG 9.0 was removed completely. Could you please provide us with an msinfo output and the GMER autostart scan result for further analysis? What exactly from AVG components left on your system (tray icon, desktop icon, some files in the Program Files folder...)?
