When I try to run PC Analyzer for the first time I get the following Application Error:

Exception EOleSysError in module rtl120.bpl at 000600D5.
Error loading type library/DLL

Accompanying this is a Server Busy message:

This action cannot be completed because the other
program is busy. Choose "Switch To" to activate the
busy program and correct the problem.

I have no other programs running at the time, but when I click on "Switch To", it opens the Windows Start Menu.

My machine is a Dell Studio XPS running Windows 7 Home Edition. AVG was upgraded this morning when it was installed.

I'd appreciate any assistance.
