Hello MikeInTX,

could you please provide us with more information from Vista system, where it is not working?

- used other add-ons
- exact description and used website, where it is not working (Google Mail is without issues with 7.1.5)

Thank you

Not working right on Vista logging in at Hotmail and Gmail, very long delay.

Started FF with all addons disabled "firefox.exe -safe-mode" chose "Disable addons and restart" then enabled only "Safe Search".

Works correct without "Safe Search".

Hello MikeInTX,

I checked the situation again in my environment (Vista 32bit, Mozilla Firefox 3.6.13, Roboform 7.1.5, AVG 2011 10.0.1191) and the Roboform has no issue (error, speed) with the Gmail login.

Could you please provide us with MSinfo32 output?

Thank you

When logging in to either Hotmail or Gmail the minimum time after the password field appears before Roboform fills in the password is 15 seconds and as long as 18 seconds with Safe Search enabled on a Vista system. Without Safe Search, time is 1 second.

Requested documentation attached.

Thanks

Hello MikeInTX,

I analysed provided files and did not find any exact culprit of this situation. I would like to ask you to check the situation without Networkindicator.exe and then provide us with Process monitor output (How-To):
- enable AVG Safe Search and close Mozilla Firefox
- start Process monitor
- start Mozilla Firefox
- induce the issue (whole delay)
- stop Process monitor

Please pack all information in an archive (zip file) and provide us with it (How-To upload to online storage).

Thank you for your cooperation

AVG Technologies developers must still be looking @ your Case #KW: 61914 otherwise this thread would have been updated.

Thanks, I received a pre-release installation today and tested it out. The problem is fixed with this new release which may be distributed next week, I am told.

This thread has not been updated yet.

Hello MikeInTX,

This thread has not been updated yet.
This thread was not updated as the needed AVG program update has not been released yet. However, this has changed yesterday evening - the AVG 10.0.1388 program update is available to all users.
If AVG cannot be updated by clicking the Update now button, we recommend running AVG repair installation.

Thank you.
