hello

I bought AVG protection from PC world, it includes family safety.
I set it all up. but it won't let me log in.
I have registered.
when I client on the log on cannot remember password it takes me to a web page, I successfully change my password but I still can't log on to the family safety.

I want to change the settings as a lot of sites that I use are blocked.

What else can I do?
im getting fed up as I can't use my computer as normal.

Hello Jes1989,

Please be informed that I was not able to look up your Family Safety subscription (payment) with your AVG Forums registered email address (jes...yahoo.co.uk).

Can you please provide us with any other identifier of your payment/account? (you can put any private details into a document, archive it with your AVG Forums registered email address and attach the archive to your next post)

Else to login into AVG Family Safety is needed the email address you used to purchase AVG Family Safety (or activated the voucher).

Thank you

Hello pboettcher75,

Please re-install AVG Family Safety to a newest version.

Try to disable all firewall software you have.

Also please provide us with Msinfo output for further analysis.

Thank you.
